My Hathway plan is of * months which cost me **** rs and my plan renews every ** date. At first I faced the no internet issue on **/*/** and it got fixed on **/*/**. During that time my data plan which was given to me at that month got waste and for almost * weeks I have to use my own internet. It is now */*/** when I am writing this complaint. Again I am facing the same problem from */*/**, The engineer and customer care is just saying that it will get fixed tomorrow but it has been * days till now and now when I try to call the technician he is not even picking my call.
