I am durga cherupalli from miryalguda , nalgonda dist, telangana state. We took internet connection from last * years from the RIGHT WAY CABLE & BROAD BAND COMMUNICATIONS, sbi complex , sagar road, miryalguda.....last month *th july **** they took *** rupees from us and given receipt....but he didnt give internet to us.....every month he did like this didnt give proper connection and proper response.....me and my family tied to call them....they spoke with us rashly and they scold us....when we called them last time they talked like ITS YOUR PROBLEM IF YOU NEED INTERNET CONNECTION WAIT FOR THAT ..IT MAY BE TAKE TIME ONE WEEK / MONTH / YEAR.....irresponsible way of talking....we suffered from last month because of them ....they did problem not only us and others too.....still now we are not getting connection from them....they took money every month first week.....after that they didnt attend my calls also.....giving my connection to others and told reasons ....please sir please check once....because we are preparing for exams ....there is no other service option to us at miryalguda.....please help me out....
