I appointed interior company on **st Jan with agreement and handover date was given to me **th April **** (which was already pushed by initial date of **th April as handover date). It's close to * months and every time interior company keep giving wrong commitment of pending work and due to which I already lost more than INR **,*** on re-scheduling flight tickets of my parents and relatives as I am keep pushing my house function from * months. This has given me mental stress in following up with them each day and dealing with them due to financial loss as well as impact on my personal life as I do wait few days for them to come for work by taking paid leave from office and in return they don't turn up and if they do work is not completed. They stop picking my calls and responding to messages. With all of this I want to take legal action against them either to finish my pending work fully or pay me compensation to get my work done from another vendor as well as compensation to go through mental harassment. Total claimed amount of INR *,**,*** is including the loss I had, mental harassment and to get incomplete work done.
