I am Mrs. Priyanka Agarwal Partner in M/S. Jajodia Roadlines, Hyderabad.
We have purchased new Ashok Leland vehicle ** Feet MXL in the month of Nov **** from Ganganagar, Rajasthan.
The same has been insured at The Oriental Insurance Ltd. The policy no: ******/**/****/**** and Insured Code: *********. Registered no: NL **AE ****.
The vehicle met with an accident on **.**.** at *.**pm near Ambala Chandigarh Exp, Sarsini, and Haryana. After so many requests at last concerns have agreed to do an online survey for the claim and the same has been done. After confirmation of server completion, we towed the vehicle from Ambala to Ganganagar Ashok Leland workshop. The damage work has been completed.
But from last * month we had been harassed by concerns asking details for which we have provided orally and in the form given by them . They are asking the same queries for which we have been provided many times. It is as simple as our vehicle got in an accident and it is insured with them.
Our driver got injured and went to his town after the accident. Somehow our friend's relative has arranged some person named Sundeep Sharma for the spot online survey and we don’t understand why they have taken the statement of Sandeep Sharma and based on the same they are still harassing us. They have taken a written statement from our driver who was driving our vehicle (Sunny Chowdary) a few days back.
We are also bearing huge EMIs due to your delay from your concerns.
I request you to please look into the same and do the needful as earliest.....Hope you will understand our situation and come forward.
