Dear Sir,
In this pandemic I required internet connection and i requested GTPL for internet connection, they assured me internet connection in a day or two. today it has been more than ** days and no internet connection. i have taken new internet connection of other broadband as i was having a lot of classes, being a professor.
I would never refer this connection to any other due to delayed services. I at least hope to receive my refund to the earliest possible and suggest them to take care for such bad service.
