Voltas **** Model *.* Ton Split Invertor AC purchased online on**/**/**** payment made by SBI credit card Rs *****/-. After that item received on **/**/**** in good condition. Installation planned and done by company person on **/**/****. After installation testing carried out and found indoor unit cooling fan was not working. Complain raised by company person and told it should be replaced when company provide. After that date given for resolved problem **/**, **/** and **/**/****. But no body contact me for solution. Finally from company message came that your Installation Demo is Cancelled. Being a senior citizen I fed-up with this behavior of company parson. Finally Icall local service provider by paying Rs *****/- and problem short out.
