I have placed an order in Kwabey website for * t shirts at the cost of Rs. ***/- on **st October **** and got them delivered on mid-November. Since I found that the * of the items didn't match what I ordered I have initiated return and the same was picked on **st Nov ****. However it got updated in their system only after Dec * and till date am yet to get a refund. I have tried all ways of following up with them but haven't heard back from anyone yet. Please help to get back my refund amount.
