I have been charged incorrectly on my postpaid bill by Vodafone. I have NOT made any ISD calls and I have been charged around Rs. **** for the same.
Also, I have no relatives/friends or anyone out of India so there's no chance that I'd make an ISD call. This is seriously very frustrating.
Local calls he mushkil se connect hotey hai toh ISD toh dur ki baat hai vaise bhi. Very poor service, very bad customer care support.
