I have booked the bus from redbus and it cost me ****.**. The bus service is terrifying. The glass of the bus is broken and it is fixed with wooden plate that's why the view is completely blocked and it is very very suffocating can't even breathe. When I'm paying this much money I expect to have a premium experience. This is very disappointing and complete harassment to have this horrible experience after booking the tickets which are much more expensive than train tickets. They didn't even rearrange another bus that's why I want to have a full refund hence escalating this issue. Thank you
