I have booked the cab and paid advance **** and after contacting customer care executive "Avijit Bera" He assured me that Cab details will be provided by **th, however he stopped reply for follow-ups and I cancelled the booking well before **hrs of pickup date i.e **th Nov. Now, refund of Rs.**** is processed i.e Rs.** is deducted without any reason. It was clearly mentioned ***% refund will be initiated.
