- Incomplete product received and not accepting the return ^Closed

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, Shoes & Accessories

The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered * dress. But I have got incomplete product. It should be white t-shirt and black dress. But I have got only white t-shirt. I have raised return request. But delivery person told that he can't take the incomplete product until he gets approval mail from myntra and asked me to raise request for approval. So I have raised request for approval. But I have got declined mail from myntra saying that form their end it got shipped properly. But I didn't get the complete product.

I didn't take the video while opening the product because I belived that myntra will not do fraud with customers. So for resolving this issue either show me the evidence video that myntra has shipped the exact product or take the product that I got and refund my money.
