- Incomplete Product and Product Refund ^Closed

On *st July a salesman from Gurukripa Enterprises came at my home and offered me a lamp and a scratch card and when I scratched card they offered me a body fitness product with a condition that if it did not helped me in getting weight loss or pain relief i can take refund of that product after ** days and today almost ** days completed and they did not giving me refund and trying to avert and avoiding me. Also The product given to me have * belt missing and product is incomplete and for that also i called the salesman to exchange the product but he did not came home again, I am sure the person i called for refund in this company and the salesperson both having same voice and are same person so it may be a case of fraud ,Please help in getting refund from this company.
