I ordered physics wallah modules, firstly the got delivered to me at **th April ****, after unboxing the package i i realised i only got physics and chemistry modules, and the package was missing maths modules, also instead of the math modules i got * extra chemistry modules. When i opened the app for returning it, the app shows i received the package on **th april, (i ordered modules on **th april) becuase of this, the return option has got glitched and it's not visible for me, i tried contacting pw for this, explaining this situation over * times, they still think i am dumb and don't know how to return things, they think i am not able to find that return option, and they had the same response * times, i showed them the screenshots, and even the screenshot of the ecom-express's tracker screenshot to prove i got it on **th april, still they won't see the actual issue and will go on to tell me how to find the return option, since i am appearing for jee, i'm not in the situation to lose time for dumbness like this, i've got to study.
