im one of the costumer of Hathway broadband internet, surat. Every month we have to complain for internet issues twice and out of ** days we are getting service of only **-** days, rest all days we have to complain and getting replies that issue will be solved by afternoon, evening, etc. we are fed up this issue and we asked for refund these guys are refusing! also im consumer from bhatar, surat
