i booked ticket from bangalore to guntur i got ticket from bangalore to guntur by redbus but i got bus operators ticket as bangalore to guduru i called to bus operator they replyed that i booked ticket from bangalore to guduru they said that its some problem with redbus so call to redbus customer care cancel the ticket. As i called to redbus they are saying that they should contact bus operator and refund my money since past * days when ever i called they are saying the same thing i suffering a lot for that refund....plz help me
