- Illegal PG Running and Construction ^Open

There are several unauthorized Paying Guest (PG) accommodations operating in and around Nakshatra Layout, Anekal, Bengaluru, particularly opposite the layout. The residents of this area are facing multiple serious issues due to these illegal PG establishments.

Drainage and Sanitation Issues: Frequent outflow and leakage of Underground Drainage (UGD) water is creating unhygienic conditions and foul smell, causing inconvenience to the residents.

Public Nuisance: Many PG occupants are often found drinking and smoking on the roads, leading to disturbance and discomfort in the neighborhood.

Safety and Security Concerns: Women and children are finding it difficult to walk safely on the streets due to inappropriate activities and gatherings by PG residents.

Garbage Mismanagement: Improper disposal of waste and garbage from these PGs has become a major problem, resulting in unhygienic surroundings and health risks.

Other Disturbances: Noise pollution, overcrowding, and lack of adherence to civic rules are further worsening the living conditions in the locality.

Overall, the presence of these illegal PGs is severely affecting the peace, cleanliness, and safety of the community. Immediate action from concerned authorities is required to address these issues and restore a healthy living environment in Nakshatra Layout.
