I'm really disappointed with my experience with igp.com. I ordered a special birthday gift #******** for my friend on November **th, scheduling the delivery for November **th. However, both igp.com and their courier partner failed to deliver the product on the promised date, and it's still undelivered. Despite reaching out multiple times with complaints, I've been met with false promises every day. This situation has not only left me embarrassed but also extremely frustrated. The support from igp.com has been of no help. They claim the address wasn't locatable, but I've successfully received multiple orders at the same address. Additionally, there was no attempt to contact me, as they could have if the address was genuinely an issue. This whole experience has been genuinely disappointing and frustrating.
