On November **th, ****, I submitted a complaint to the Siti customer help center statingcentreI had recharged the wrong broadband ID by mistake. Since then, I have been trying to get in touch with them via email at sitibroadband@siti.esselgroup.com, and by calling their customer helpline number ***********. Despite my efforts, they have not been able to resolve my issue or pay attention to my complaints. Every time I call, they ask me to hold for an hour, but no one ever gets back to me.
