I get a call from a salesman from Hathway describing a new offer and asked me to pay on their website.
Transaction cost: *** rupees
Promised time of service: next day ie. **th July
After that that same salesman never responded to my calls and has been ignoring my calls and even after trying their twitter and app, there seems to be no option.
I'm a student who genuinely and urgently requires an internet connection and the way I've been treated by this company during lockdown is simply terrible and unthinkable.
