I ordered for a saree and paid Rs.**** on **/**/**** but my order cancelled saree and more company now but i want this saree . I have not received the saree neither the money is refunded. I ordered through saree n more marketing and paid money through my sbi credit card. i called on one custmore care number ********** but they asked me details about my saving bank and pin also i avoiding thats time. after i got one call from gujrat Mobile Number is ********** and asked details about my home address. and i asked about my delivery they told me your delivery will be in * day after i checked account of saree n more and saw order but this cancelled from saree n more...and not any option of refund. I am following up daily for the last * days but the person simply keeps dodging saying that the package got stuck but when I ask for money back he is not accepting. He even threatens me when I tell him that I may go to social media. Attached please find the transaction.
