I have been calling and writing to your company for ** days and I have had no help and hence I am writing to you.

I had booked my return ticket from male to mumbai dated **nd March on air India airlines with agent easemytrip.com
On **th March I received an email from easemytrip that my flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons and that I need to book another flight.
At their instructions I booked a new flight (at a much higher fare) and I was promised by mr samrat over the phone that I am eligible for a full refund and the flight has been cancelled by the airline.
However upon my return I received a partial refund and I am still to receive an amount of aprx ***** which has been charged as penalty to me for cancelling these tickets on air indi.
Ease my trip has been on a call with me (ms Avinash) but I have still not received my due money .
I am a small person who operates on a salary and I’m working hand to mouth and I need my money on urgent basis .
I hope that you will be kind enough to look into this matter and help me get my money back .
