I purchased a laptop from ebay on **-**-**** the seller was laptopzones when i got the laptop on ** june it screen was in broken condition i opened the package in front of the staff member he also saw it and after that i raise a claim on ebay and now they are refusing to replace my laptop because due to some reason the outer box of that laptop is dismissed so please help me to replace the laptop
