Self ordered Laptop in HP in June '**** during Covid for online class of my son
Along with laptop , Laptop bag & MS key to be provided, but repeated followups, issue is not solved
Being an NRI , i could send mails only. Every time they create ticket and ask for **hours and close it after some time stating that issue is closed
Presently iam in india for vacation
