Dear Team,
Recently I purchased an HP ** AMD Athlon **.*" (**.**cms) HD Laptop on **.**.****. Even though I use it for basic tasks like excel, ppt, general web browsing, it has got a lot of hanging issues.
I am just fed up as I am not able to do basic tasks.
Team, request you to please take necessary action asap and provide the solution.
