I had a CAB booking
( NC******************) from Ranchi to Jamshedpur, scheduled for **th Mar’** at *:** PM. However after receiving multiple calls from several people, Cab did not arrive and the Customer Care canceled the booking with full refund and compensation.
Linked to the above Cab Booking was Hotel booking ( NH************** )
which because of Cab booking cancellation by MakeMyTrip could not be availed as I failed to reach Jamshedpur.
Now, since I could not reach Jamshedpur U could not avail the hotel.
MakeMyTrip is denying any refund and Both cab hotel department are putting blame on each other….!
