Dear EaseMyTrip,
This email is regarding my recent Hotel Booking from your website ‘EaseMyTrip’. I booked a hotel on **-**-****, **-**-**** here Booking Id's are : EMT******* and EMT****** . At that time of booking only paid the total amount at payment . during checkout they said we didn't receive your money from ease my trip you have to pay now and ask to ease my trip like that they said .My family members had communication problems. That's why they paid money in the hotel. and also i had booked a hotel with * more Id's and with these i booked ** rooms they provide only * rooms
