We have taken services from HostSoch.in where out both the websites are always down and incoming and outgoing emails does not work.
Toughest part is contacting the customer support. the message says that i'm No:* in the queue and wait time is * minutes... I have to wait for * Hours to explain my message.
Since yesterday all my services are down and today in the morning I got the message as "Account Suspended"
they have a standard message stating that they have migrated to other servers and it will take minimum of ** hours to propagate and this ** hours are never over for them...
