Hi, I am a customer for Indiabulls housing finance ltd. Indiabulls servers are down from last one week, there is no intimation to the customers that they are down and everyday the interest is being charged, and customer service is very bad in providing response to the customers, they are not aware when the servers are going to be up and they are not giving any information. As a financial bank, it is the responsibility of financial institution to give updates is something is wrong. I would like to file this case in the consumer court.
