Every time an order is placed, the St courier people are asking me to take delivery from their office. Previously when the St courier office was * kms away from my home ( located in nearby town) . They used to deliver at home. However, for the past * months, a new office is set up in my town which is * km from my home. However, they are not delivering and asking us to pick up from their office. We are paying for courier charges then why is it not delivered to home. We have old people at home and nobody is there to collect them so we end up asking auto person to collect and give for which we spend ₹** for every parcel. Why are you not able to provide door to door service even when the distance is less when compared to other courier services. Many times we have asked the vendor to book through other courier to avoid this trouble and double cost and sometimes we forget to inform or vendor books through them and this keeps happening. I had one courier coming yesterday which I spend ₹** now one more courier has come again I need to spend the same. The company needs our money without providing proper service
