- High brokerage charges ^Open

My PAN NO. APRPG****C. I have been opened a DMAT account in Angel Broking Limited on **.**.**** with client ID: ******** and DP ID: ******** and Login ID: G***** and DMAT A/C number: **************** by seeing an advertisement in their official website on my own interest. Very beginning the account was opened for equity segment only (but I am interested in futures and options segment) which not activated after * to * days upon my request the F&O segment has been activated. I have taken the account in Angel Broking Limited only because of the brokerage rates are very reasonable in the F&O segment as they are shown in their official website clearly (copy attached). I strongly believe that the brokerage rates on my trades are as per their official web page but in reality, the brokerage rates are very high even they disobey rules and regulations of SEBI also. The brokerage rates on trades they neither informed me on any channel (phone or letter).
After activated the account I did many trades in F&O segment due to very strong believe on Angel Broking Limited. I haven't checked the brokerage rates levied on my daily trades. After * weeks I realized that the brokerage rates per lot in F&O segment levied on my trades are very high even they do not follow what they showed on their official website nor SEBI guidelines (not more than *.*%).
Even I have complained the Angel Broking Limited about brokerage charges to customer service. They weren't responded properly to repay my amount what I have paid extra on my trades. Upon my request, they have sent brokerage charge sheet (mail to me) in that also they have given per lot charge is RS.*** (This clearly shows disobey of SEBI guidelines i.e at any cost max brokerage charge shall not exceed *.*% of value).
In this connection, I would like to request SEBI take appropriate action against on Angel Broking Limited for their unfair charges on my trades and instruct Angel Broking Limited to repay my money with penalty and interest.
