I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my experience with HeyCoach's Super** program, which I joined in April. Unfortunately, my experience has been highly unsatisfactory due to multiple issues that have severely impacted my learning and career prospects.
Frequent Changes in Point of Contact (PoC): Throughout the program, the PoC was changed ** times, leading to inconsistency in communication and support. This caused confusion and made it difficult to receive proper guidance.
Inability to Contact the Instructor: I have made several attempts to contact the assigned instructor for assistance, but my calls were never answered. This lack of accessibility significantly hindered my ability to clarify doubts and understand the concepts properly.
Poor Quality of Study Materials: The provided study materials were substandard and lacked comprehensive explanations. Many of the materials appeared to be freely available coding problems without proper structuring or additional insights to aid learning.
Lack of Placement or Opportunities: One of the primary reasons for enrolling in this program was the promise of career opportunities and guidance. However, despite my participation and efforts, I have not received any job opportunities or meaningful career support from HeyCoach.
Due to these issues, I feel that the program did not deliver on its promises, and my time and money have been wasted. I request a full refund of my fees and an official response addressing these concerns. If no resolution is provided, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly to prevent others from facing similar issues.
