We had a trip plan for Kashmir for * Days,dated *th April **** to **th April ****,We Had done bookings with Gem Tours Mumbai,we had made payment of *,**,***/- for this trip for * packs i.e * adults & * Kids age * & * years ** months & for which we have send all * pack Id Proff to Gem Tours for bookings,after finishing our tour we headed to sringar airport for our flight ,but on the way to airport our driver got a call from shahid -********** who is local travel agent for Thakur Tours & travels,*** Bishamber Nagar,Near Metro Hotel, Dalgate,Srinagar,Kashmir (J&K)-****** INDIA. that we have to pay some extra money for * kids for using room for Breakfast & Dinner,we ask clarification for it but didnt replied & started threatening us for payment or else they told to their driver which we were travelling told him to bring customer to our office & nt let them go to airport & unfortunately their only local cellular network works we were totally helpless,so we got a call from local tour agent named Thakur Tours & Travles, guy named Shahid(contact no **********) & he was asking for more money for * kids ,we told them we dont know you how can we pay you & we have already paid all tour cost to our travel agent then how come you ask for it,he was asking for payment for * kids for room accomodations ,break fast & dinner & we have done package for all meals with Gem Tours agent name Amit who sits in mumbai Gem Tours & Travels

& this guy Shahid was bull shit ,he was pressuring on us, do not let the customer move to airport before paying the amount & they were harrasing us & mine family for paying them unconditionally which .was not favourable .we have paid them ****/for it.which was not in our end.These both travle agent are same i.e Gem Tour & Thakur Tours have been harrasing everytime for extra payment.
Request you to take strong action against this type of travel agents who give them bussinness & in return they harrased the tourist.again hoping for positive approch towards our concern-
