I have deactivated the Dhani one freedom card and have confirmation mail from dhani for the same.
However they I are saying I have dues for Subscription amount for * months ( Rs.***). and will charge one more month tomorrow. I want the calls to stop, No dues pending, as this was without my concent.
I keep receiving the call saying 'if I pay the due, its will be refunded to me ***%. '. then they ask me to go in app and pay via an pay my due ( or similar option ). however, I do not get any such option. I only have avail now / activate now option, which I do not want to do. Can you help.
