Trip ID-******************. Booked flight tickets on Aug * @ * PM for Mumbai*Kolkata@***AMAug** & Return on Aug ** (total Rs ****/-). Amount debited from A/C but ticket not confirmed. Multiple calls to cust care, they attributed this to technical issue, but assured that I would get tickets with **.* % chance. In the night @ *PM, I got (missed) call and then mail that my ticket was not booked as the fares had increased by the time I booked the tickets. And when I called back to discuss in the moment of panick, nobody picked up. I had to book tickets at *****/-. My question is, when the payment is already made, why should I be denied the tickets? And why the delay of * hours in confirming the non-booking? Why I should not hold HappyEasyGo responsible for the suffering and extra money I had to pay?
