I've paid Rs. ****/- for subscription of GTPL broadband on **th June and I received message from GTPL that they have received my payment. I was told by their advisor that setup will be done in * days. It's been more than ** days but till today no one has visited my home for installation. Every day I am incurring loss on recharge due to them and they are not answering anything. Their advisor just give date after date. Please help
