On **th july we registered our gtpl broadband (BB **********) through Gtpl sales manager Ronak Patel. On **th July we have been asked to pay Rs.**** and we paid it through online banking and we were given assurance that your broadband will be fixed in coming * to * days. One man came to fix the cable but doesn't fix it making excuse that the cable is short. And till date i.e ** July, no one have come to install either cable or instrument. As well as when we are contacting the person Ronak Patel (**********) they are not giving us any reply.
