I have purchased a laptop from Flipkart on **-**-****. I forgot to mention the GST number of my firm. When I open the box I have seen the invoice raised by the seller in which gst amount was Rs. ****. When I told my chartered accountant about the purchase of the laptop, he suggested me to provide the GST number of the firm to Flipkart so that input to be admissible. When I contacted their executive, they are saying the option of mentioning gst number is not available in then I requested Flipkart team to return this product as I have not opened the packing of the laptop. They refused to do so. I requested again to revise the invoice of my laptop and I will provide the gst number of my firm because I have purchased this laptop for my office then again they refused. Please help me in getting the refund of my gst amount. Other e-commerce companies: Amazon and Paytm etc. are providing the option of providing gstin number.
