I booked a hotel stay at Symphony Summer Sands, Neil Island through Goibibo under Booking ID: GH**************. Due to severe monsoon conditions and rough seas, the Directorate of Shipping Services issued an official safety advisory warning of sudden ferry suspensions. Since Neil Island is solely accessible by ferry, I proactively raised multiple Force Majeure refund requests well before check-in. Goibibo repeatedly closed these internal support tickets within hours without actual manual review simply to reset system compliance timers.
Furthermore, when escalated via the National Consumer Helpline (Docket No. *******), Goibibo Care uploaded a highly careless, mismatched corporate boilerplate response belonging to a completely different brand ("Make My Trip") and blind-copied it to force-close the government docket, even addressing me with the incorrect gender prefix as "Mr. Preethi". A final pre-litigation notice emailed to their corporate compliance desk was completely ignored. This constitutes absolute deficiency of service, metric manipulation, and unfair trade practices.
