Hello. I had placed a order for hang bag on www.plentifulkart.com on **th Aug **** and got a confirmation message saying once the order is dispatched i will know but i wasn't provided with any tracking details. on **th Sep **** Morning i get a message that my product is arriving and i made the payment of ₹**** by COD and when i opened my parcel i found Four bags which were not what i had placed order for and and the product i got was torn from inside and wasn't of the value of ₹***. The Package does not have a return address. i went through the website and didn't find any contact details, no email Id nothing to contact regarding my return or refund procedure. i would request you to kindly help me and help such fraudsters stop such crime so innocent people don't lose.
