I ordered an LG Gram i*, laptop from Amazon.in on *th April. Received order on **th April. Opened the box within ** min of receiving and got cement tiles inside. On my complain, Amazon said they will investigate it. They took ** days and on **rd April informed me that my case is closed as I was delivered the right product. No one from the investigation team contacted me at all. Please help, it's a big loss and harassment.
