I booked a ticket on amazon on ** feb but it got canceled automatically and my refund was initiated it was supposed to credit into my account by ** feb but when it didn't credited i called customer services many times i make approx ** calls but every time they just make fake promises and didn't gave me satisfactory solution. I haven't got my money yet and I'm so disappointed with it. I can't tolerate this behavior of amazon being an amazon prime member
