I, Niyanta Naik, had placed an order of chaniya choli on website vastrashops.com after being redirected from its Instagram page on **.**.****. Its order number is *****. I made a payment of Rs. ****.** via Paytm and UPI reference ID of payment is ************.
On **th September ****, I received the courier, but the product was completely different from what was shown to me in the image on their website. The colour of the chaniya and dupatta was different and the pattern of the blouse was also different. The quality of the fabric was also bad. The threads of the dupatta were all open.
Hence, I wanted to return the product and obtain my refund, but they stopped replying to my WhatsApp messages and my emails after the delivery. I registered two complaints on the consumer forum:

However, both were closed as they lied in their emails saying that product was delivered.
I kindly request you to permit me to return the product and ask Vastrashops to refund my amount of Rs. ****.**. I am ready to bear the courier charges for returning the product to their address. On their page, they have mentioned that return is permitted if the product is different and damaged, and if the consumer is willing to bear the cost of return courier.
I am ready to return the product at my own expense. Kindly ask them to accept the return and issue my refund.
