Hi Team,

We had booked Malaysian airline from Singapore to Malaysia assuming we will get Malaysian flight but we got some airline called firefly which was very small and uncomfortable.. we did not expected such airplane .. We also choose this airline over other airlines which had lower price. Please justify why this change was done even without intimating us.
