Consumer ordered a TV of Foxsky company from Jio Mart on **/**/****. The TVwas delivered on */**/**** in damaged condition so he raised return request. Thecompany picked the product on **/**/****. And till today the consumer have notreceived any refund or any replacement. Consumer have contacted multiple timesin the company but they are not giving him any response. the consumer wants thecompany to either refund his amount or replace the product as soon as possible asit has been * months.
