Dear Hitachi Team,
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service experience received from your end.
Your service executive/engineer has not responded to any calls for the past *–* days,(Screenshot also attached as proof) despite continuous follow-ups. I have been trying to contact your executive, Mr. Kashif Raza (Mobile No. *********), but have received no response.
With reference to my previous complaint (No. ***********) for servicing, the AC was cooling properly at the time of service. However, for the last *–* days, there has been a cooling issue, which I had already informed Mr. Kashif Raza. Despite this, no engineer has been assigned to resolve the issue.
Subsequently, I registered another complaint (No. ***********), which was allocated to Mr. Pasha (Mobile No. **********). Unfortunately, his mobile number has been switched off since morning, and I have been unable to reach him despite multiple attempts.
This level of after-sales service is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I am now regretting my decision to purchase a Hitachi AC due to such poor support.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and arrange for immediate resolution of the issue.
