- Full refund on hotel cancellation despite policy ^Open

I have bookeed hotel accomoadation (stay city London for my trip to London from *nd October till *th of October, **** on **th September **** through clear trip app. After reading the cancellation policy on the portal that the accommodation can be cancelled till the checkn time and full refund will.be provided until certain time, I booked my Stay at Staycity Locondon, studio room for * person. Thereafter, due to change of plans I decided to cancell my accomoadation, very next day on **th September, ****, however when I proceeded to cancel the accommodation, it only showed refund of ***** Rs instead of total amount paid I.e ******/_ INR.(One Lakh Eighty four Thousand two Hundred and Thirty Eight )(total was ****** -**** CT discount). Attaching the screenshot of cancellation policy displayed at the payment page. When contacted clear trip for the descripancy shown while booking and while cancelling the accomoadation, CTrip gave various excuses first they said it might be technical glitch, when there IT team said no glitch they said it is because the policy got updated * mins while i was on a booking page , so what I read while booking is not applicable. They said they tried contacting property for refund but they are denying. The booking was made through clear trip it is clear cut responsibility of Clear Trip to get the refund of customer as per policy displayed at portal. (Screenshot of the cancellationpolicy is attached for my booking). Clear trip is unjustly trying to enrich itself at the cost of its Customers.

Request to kindly look into the matter as I am loosing on lot of money with no fault of mine. I totally relied on the policy and made bookings, which clear trip is now denying for its ulterior motive.
