I booked ticket for round trip kolkata to bangkok and bangkok to kolkata. Kolkata to bangkok in spicejet refund awaiting but indigo refund made for trip bangkok to Kolkata having PNR number SIPIMM jouney date **-**-**** which resechduled by airlines authority indigo on **-**-****..Total amount of booking Rs**, *** but only refunded Rs *,*** after deducting Rs, **,*** . So as per government of India guide lines all flight return full amount during period of lockdown also it was roundtrip if not able reach bangkok how could possible to come back. Requested to kindly enquire with the airlines authority and refund the rest amount of booking Rs, **,***
