I had booked a flight:I****,PNR: NVMYGS on ixigo from Ranchi-Delhi which has been cancelled by Air Asia itself.

So I should get the full refund.

But the refund has been initiated only for Rs *,***/- instead of Rs **,***/- though I had taken IxigoAssured also.
