On date **/**/**** morning *.** my flight from Jaipur to Bangalore so I checked bus from redbus india (Raipur, Rajasthan to Jaipur Rajasthan) they give me option Ashok travels , Bus time is **.** from raipur and Jaipur arrive time is *.** so I booked ticket in this bus for upper Seat number M, and I reached to boarding point ** PM but bus not come and till *.** they said it will come in some time, But till morning I didn't received any information about my bus it's come or not , driver also not picking my calls , so I missed my flight , now I want my full refund of bus ticket and flight ticket, because of this kind of incidents I missed my flight
