I had applied for a BSNL FTTH internet connection under my mother credentials last year in the month of December. Waited for * months for the installation of the connection at my residence. Kept following up with the SDO appointment to my pincode but no response came from his end. Unfortunately, I had to cancel after this long wait. Had canceled in the month of June but still I haven't received my application amount.
